1. Products & Customisation

We specialise in custom gazebos and accessories. Due to the personalised nature of our products, all designs must be approved by you before production begins.

• You are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, or branding.

• We may assist with layout and design - Charges apply, please enquire.

• Once artwork is approved, production begins and no changes can be made.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD.

• Full payment is required before production starts.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

 

3. Production & Delivery

• Typical production time is 5–10 business days from final artwork approval.

• Shipping is included in all quotes Australia-wide unless otherwise stated.

• We use trusted couriers but are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

We will offer a replacement or refund in the case of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect product delivered

 

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photo evidence.

 

5. Warranty

Our gazebos include a 12-month structural warranty covering manufacturing faults (e.g. welds, joints, frames). This does not include:

• Damage from misuse, extreme weather, or improper setup

• Wear and tear from normal use

 

6. Intellectual Property

All designs created or printed by Wallaby Outdoors remain the property of the customer. We will never share or reuse your artwork without your permission. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Wallaby Outdoors is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
