Refund Policy

 

1. Custom Products Are Final Sale

Once your design has been approved and your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully check their artwork and order details before approving for print.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something’s not right with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily replace or correct your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • We’ve sent the wrong product or size

  • There's a manufacturing fault or printing error

 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 

3. Warranty Issues

We offer a 12-month structural warranty on all gazebo frames. If you believe your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect (not wear and tear or weather damage), please contact us to make a claim.
