What’s the difference between a 40mm aluminium frame and a 50mm aluminium frame?

• Think of it like the difference between a solid bloke and a brick shthouse*. Both are strong, but the 50mm frame is thicker, tougher, and built to take a beating – perfect for regular commercial use or wild weather.

• The 40mm frame is still no pushover – lighter, easier to lug around, and great for markets, camping, or weekend warriors. Just depends how much grunt you need.

What’s the difference between 300D and 600D roof fabric?

Yep – the frame’s included. You’re not just getting a floppy bit of fabric and a handshake. Every package comes with the full setup: frame + canopy. You choose your size, fabric, and style – we’ll make sure you’re good to go from the get-go. No surprise “frame sold separately” nonsense here.

You’ve got two options:
1. You’re a design wizard – grab our template, whip up your masterpiece, and send it back when you’re ready to roll.
2. You’d rather wrestle a croc than open Photoshop – no worries. We’ve got a design legend on standby who can bring your vision to life. There’s a fee for their magic, but it’s well worth it.
Just flick us the details of what you’re after – logos, colours, vibes – and we’ll give you a quote before we get the creative juices flowing.

Are your gazebos water-resistant and UV resistant?

You bet. Our gazebos are water-resistant and UV-treated, meaning they’ll handle a good downpour and keep you shaded from the Aussie sun. Now, if there’s a sideways cyclone or you’re trying to camp on a beach in a monsoon – maybe don’t rely on just the gazebo. But for markets, camping, events, and everyday weather? Solid as a rock (but looks way better).

Delivery is included Australia-wide (yep, even if you’re out woop woop), and we’ll keep you in the loop the whole way – no ghosting, promise. Total deliver time depends on postage method, please contact us for delivery options.
