Shipping Policy

 

1. Order Processing Times

  • Once your artwork is approved and payment is confirmed, your order will enter production.

  • Production typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of your design and order volume.

 

We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your order is on the way.

 

2. Shipping Details

  • Shipping is included within Australia for all gazebo packages. (Extra costs may apply to remote locations)

  • Orders are shipped via trusted couriers.

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1 - 8 weeks, depending on your location and choice of delivery method.

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order leaves the warehouse.

 

3. Delivery Instructions & Requirements

  • Please provide a physical street address for delivery, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide authority to leave the package in a safe place.

  • If a redelivery is required due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional fees may apply.

 

4. Shipping Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather events, public holidays). We’ll communicate promptly if there are any unexpected changes to your delivery timeline.

 

5. International Shipping

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives with damage or missing components:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Our team will promptly assess the situation and arrange for any missing or damaged parts to be replaced as quickly as possible.
